Advanced Lighting Solutions, Inc was re-established in April 2010 with one goal, to regain the shareholder value lost in the past years. Since April, AVLS has completed an acquisition of 11 Houston area homes and properties valued at approximately 3.9 million dollars, acquired a million plus dollar annual revenue producing saltwater dispoasal facility, and built strong ties with area Community Development Corporations, The Harris County Flood District, and a few privately owned evnironmently conscious companies.

Advanced Lighting Solutions' management team is comprised of three bright, and multi talented individuals. Aaron Matthews, AVLS' Chief Executive Officer, has been described as one of the most logical, level headed, and clearest thinking individuals of his generation. James Morgan, AVLS' Admin Officer, operated a privately owned home building company, and is the proud owner of the awards won from his "Showcase" projects. Jimmy Cox, AVLS' Field Operations Officer, has worked as a Production Foreman, Contract Pumper, a Senior Technician, and comes with very high recomendations from Texas State Departments, and Commissions.

In the coming months, Advanced Lighting Solutions and the shareholders alike will continue to add to the asset base of beautiful properties and recession proof companies, all of which are obtained with the forethought of future sales.
